🚚 Delivery Time:
Orders are delivered within 1–3 days, depending on your location.

💰 Shipping Fee:
FREE shipping across West Malaysia on every order, starting from a single item. For Sabah and Sarawak, shipping is free on orders from RM80; below that, the courier rate is shown at checkout.

💵 Cash on Delivery:
Prefer to pay when the parcel reaches you? Choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout and pay the courier in cash. Available nationwide, subject to courier coverage for your address. Please prepare the exact amount for the courier.

📦 Order Processing:
All orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery.

📲 Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped you receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your parcel any time on our tracking page, or with the Track order button inside your account.

🔁 Returns:
Changed your mind? Send it back free within 7 days — even if you have already burned some.

⚠️ Important Notes:
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, holidays, or due to unexpected delays from courier services. If nobody is home, the courier makes up to three delivery attempts and you can reschedule from the tracking page.
