Yes — shipping is FREE when you buy any 2 or more items (orders over RM60). Single-item orders ship at the standard courier rate shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email. You can also message us any time on WhatsApp for an update.

How does the automatic multi-buy discount work?
Add any individual bakhoor jars or Harami cones to your cart and the discount applies automatically — 2 items = 10% off, 3 items = 13% off, 4+ items = 16% off. No code needed, and any 2+ items also ship free. You can still use one coupon code on top of the automatic discount, but only one coupon per order.
What are the Sets & Bundles?
Our ready-made sets pair our most-loved scents at a bundled price — each set shows exactly what’s inside, including free charcoal discs or a free mini lighter where listed. Prefer to choose your own? Build your own set — pick any 2, 3 or 4 and the discount applies automatically.
Do I get free gifts with my order?
Every bakhoor jar comes with free charcoal discs, and every box of Harami cones comes with a free mini lighter. Sets that list extra gifts include them in the parcel — we add them by hand when packing your order.
Returns & Guarantee
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day Love It or Return It guarantee — and returns are free. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free return. Full details are in our Return Policy.

How do I burn bakhoor?

Do I need charcoal for the cones?
No. All BAKHOOR HARAMI cones are self-igniting — no charcoal or special burner is required.
How should I store bakhoor?
Keep it in an airtight container away from sunlight, heat and humidity. Stored well, the fragrance stays strong for months.
