Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message to see exactly where your parcel is.
Tracking usually goes live a few hours after we hand your parcel to the courier. If nothing shows yet, please try again later the same day.
How your order travels to you
- Order received — we pack your bakhoor carefully, wrapped and sealed.
- Handed to the courier — you receive a tracking number by email.
- On the way — follow every scan on the tracking page above.
- Delivered — the courier hands the parcel to you or someone at your address.
How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia: usually 1–3 working days after dispatch. Sabah & Sarawak: a little longer. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Nobody home when the courier arrives?
The courier makes up to three delivery attempts, and you can reschedule the delivery yourself from the tracking page. After three failed attempts the parcel is returned to us — message us and we will arrange a new delivery.
